About Our Business I am a A California Licensed Contractor (UNITED SERVICES #865600). Fully bonded and insured. We are a full service construction company and have remodeled many homes, condo's and restaurant's. We make the construction process easy and worry free. I am the owner and I have been in the Building trades for over 20 years, mainly as a Stationary Engineer in commercial High Rise buildings in San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek and Albany. I have worked for large companies like GRUBB and ELLIS, PACTEL Properties, and the SAN FRANCISCO REDEVELOPMENT Agency @ YERBA BUENA GARDENS. My experience goes beyond your unit. My years as an engineer, many of which was in high rise properties, gives me the benefit of knowing the relationships between the construction within your unit and the actual buildings' construction. This can be very important in a High Rise property. I have over twenty five years of experience remodeling and repairing homes, condominiums and restaurants in the San Francisco bay area.
